I can’t do high impact exercise anymore, like running (which I love!), due to an old back injury. I really need to get rid of this extra weight I put on while healing my back (about 15 lbs) but don’t know what will be as effective as something like running.

I have reduced my calorie intake but am not losing weight as I don’t exercise. I can’t afford to join a gym or the cost to go swimming.I need to do something that will make a difference but won’t cost me any money at all. Any suggestions?
