The last time I dropped from 85kg to 75 kg (85 is at the top end of my &#8216;healthy&#8217; range, 70 is the bottom), but my girlfriend didn&#8217;t like it, saying I looked too thin (I guess she prefers the gut <img src='http://sherbrooklyn.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> .  I lost these 10kg simply by cutting out all snacks, and it took me 6 months.  Is there any particular exercise I should do to minimize muscle loss, and/or should I try and get more protein in my diet?  I was thinking of aiming for a 2000 calorie a day diet, with as much protein as possible (I guess egg whites and tuna is gonna be a staple), and get a mix of heavy weights and cardio exercise.</p>

I haven&#8217;t been able to find a pure diet or workout, so I am here begging for help. I am in my summer break, and I want to look good for college next year. I need to find a consistent diet plan and exercise plan. I am extremely self-conscious and have self image problems. If I feel fat, I won&#8217;t eat as much that day. For a time, I would only eat two fig newtons for a whole day and that would be it. Please just help me find a diet which will make me lose weight. Thank you.</p>
