Where Can I Find Free Exercise Routines For Weight Loss That Are Effective And Work?

I googled it but i really dont know what to look for, so could someone give me a few sites, or even something thta is customizable, and specific… Thanks (im trying to start my new years resolution)

    you should check out sparkteens.com it’s great it helps you plan and organize each week for you to help to get to your goal -of how much weight you want to loose. And there are lots of videos on that site to and trust me the really do work but like the organized scuedule on the site will say that you need to do it more than like to burn the number of calories each week to get to your goal. there is even a progress report that will show you how much weight you loosing from week to week it’s a pretty good site cause there not just workout stuff there stuff about healthy foods and there stuff about water like how much you should be drinking stuff like that cause all that is important if you want to loose weight. But you might want to check out toneteen.com there stuff about like if you eat say a big slice of cake then it will take u blank amount of time to work it off, and there also certain excersises for different parts of your body : ) but if your not a teen maybe checkout sparkpeople.com i’ve never tried it but u might want to if your not a teen it will probably be similar to sparkteens.com
    p.s i use to be 145 pounds now im 115 pounds and i am 5″7 so the site(sparkteens.com) helped a lot hope it help you : )

    pick up a copy of 17 magazine, girly and childish i know, but they have these awesome exercise routines in every issue, along with ideas for healthy eating, They aren’t that hard or strenuous to do. Just turn to the middle foldout page or u can check their site too.

    uh, not sure what you mean. Start walking 15 minutes then 30 then 45 then 60 minutes a day. You can jump rope, rollerblade, jog, run, play tennis, do aerobics, buy a treadmill, etc, etc, etc.
    But you really need 3-6 differnt types of sports, exercises, hobbies so you don;t get bored.
    And find a partner.

    You know, I look up stuff on you tube all of the time. There alot of personal trainers giving really good tips and ideas on working out. I was just on it the other day looking at belly fat fighting workouts.
