Leg Weight Loss Exercises ?

hi, i am not fat but my legs arnt that skinny but there not fat at all. im all muscle and like 2% body fat and that is on my legs. im 5 foot 10 and like barley 128 lbs. what are some exercises or how long to walk and what kind of pace to burn off the fat on my legs. thank ya.

    1) you aren’t 2% bodyfat (or all muscle)
    2) you can’t spot reduce (ie choose where you lose fat)

    Fat loss happens all over the body evenly. If you want to lose body fat, running is one of the best ways to do it and it creates very long, lean muscles instead of large, round ones. One other helpful exercise I did was using a cellerciser (rebounder) which really reduced the size of everything below my waist without reducing my upper body size.

    dude you don’t need to lose any weight if you’re 5′10 & 128lbs you’re doing good. i’m 5′7 and i’m 130lbs and i don’t look too bad. just chill out don’t over analyze yourself.
