I think your best bet is hard, high-intensity cardio stuff. As much as it makes me cringe, I knowing running/cross training etc.. Is the best way to burn up those unwanted calories.
However, I’ve heard and totally agree that one very important tip when losing weight is variety. Constantly changing routines and exercises. Maybe do yoga and pilates one day and then run/jog the next. It’s when your body gets into a rhythm and you start being good at something that it becomes less good for you.. Catch 22 really!
So – Variety is the key. Don’t feel guilty for only doing the housecleaning one day – Just make it up the next day with something new. Find a sports website that lists all the different activities and get involved – You may find a new hobby while you’re at it.
And an added bonus to this style of weight-loss is that it is longterm. There’s no strict regimes about it and you can do it anywhere everyday without getting bored.
    Have fun and good luck!

Don’t worry about how long it’ll take.
Just stick to cardio. It’s the greatest way to effectively chop weight off. It burns calories the quickest, as opposed to strength training.
However, it’s all about eating right consistently, period.
Do that for a looooong time (trust me, I was in ur situation back in my junior year of high school), it’s not gonna be easy but it’s simply common science.
Eating right consistently + exercise= weight loss. Period.

All the doctors and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There is a free trial on at the moment at http://filils.bethelin.net , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
