What Is An Effective Weight Loss Plan For Teens?
I need something that works
don’t just say eat right and exercise cuz I hate when people give such indirect help!
I am exactly 21 pounds over my preferred weight limit and I have 2 and a half months to loose as much as possible. Can any one provide an effective work out schedule or diet plan or tips I could use or a website I could go to?
please help!

In a day i will eat
I start the day with multi vitamins to supplement the vitamins i miss out on by not eating meat or cows milk. I also drink a glass of room temperature water and half a squeezed lemon or lime
Breakfast:
multi grain bread with mashed hard boiled egg and paprika with a spearole tea
or
Just right tropical with soy milk (im allergic to cows milk) and a spearole tea
Morning tea:
Nuts or fruit and organic fruit or vegetable juice
Lunch:
Salad (mung beans, lettuce a few types, feta, olives, tatsoi, spinach, nuts and sometimes cous cous. Dress with Chili, lime, coriander and olive oil blend) you can add chicken or tuna if you like. Spearole tea
Snack:
nuts or fruit and organic fruit or vegetable juice
Dinner:
Salad baguette and spearole tea
or
Salad on rice paper and spearole tea
as for exercise in a day i will spend and hour one wii fit, an hour dancing, and 30-60 minutes stretching

Spearole tea might be expensive to buy in the USA if your from there, so try green tea instead. With all the add diary like low fat yogurt to snacks and lean meat to meals.
Drink lots of water its also good for your skin. I drink 5 litres a day (1.1 gallons) but don’t overly drink as this can cause water intoxication.

One of the most important things for weight loss is speeding up your metabolism. You can use a method called “calorie shifting” to actually speed up your metabolism. With this method you will actually eat more and lose more weight as a result. Instead of 2-3 meals a day you’ll be eating 4-6 meals a day. Way better than starving yourself huh?
As for the exercise side of it you should be doing aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Here’s the benefits of each.
aerobic exercise: these would include jogging, riding a stationary bike, elliptical machines,etc.. These types of exercises are great for burning fat and calories.
The only drawback is they only burn fat or calories at that exact time in which your doing the exercise.
anaerobic exercise: This is also called resistance training. This would involve weight lifting. These types of exercise also burn fat and calories while your performing the particular exercise. However they will also speed up your bodies metabolism, and cause your body to burn more calories and fat at rest.
How? Because it takes more energy(calories) to maintain muscle than it does fat.
So if you want to get skinny quickly you should do all 3 of these together. Do a split routine where one day your doing aerobic exercises and the next day anaerobic exercises.
