if i buy the wii and wii fit can it tell me some exercisees to do. and can it tell me my wight. would it be good to play and to exercise. what game gives the best work out

    If you try doing wii fit daily, it will be like a weight loss program. There are many excercises and it will tell you your weight on the body test. So far, I think just about many wii games give workout. But on wii fit, it doesn’t work on just arms, it helps leg and abdominal muscles too.
