I’m Looking For Some Beginner Weight Loss Exercises That I Can Do, I’m Not In Shape For Anything Too Hard?

First off, don’t underestimate yourself – you can probably do more than you think! But for starters, just moving more will help. If you can get out and walk, that is ideal. If that’s not an option, try a beginners yoga class or a yoga video you can do at home. Yoga is gentle and calm, and can be done by people of any fitness level.
Just move – clean your house, play with kids or pets, dance to the music, or step in place during commercials. Anything to raise your heart rate a little. Good luck losing the weight – it’s SO worth it!

Walking and bike riding are good exercises. For beginners and people that want to maintain their weight. I joined a gym and barely used it because I thought of it as work. When I started riding my bike to and from work most of the time (about 3 miles total a day) and started eating a little better, the weight just dropped off. I went from the chunky girl to the skinny girl, although I don’t think 5′8″ and 135 is all that skinny. Walk whenever you can. I walk to the convenience store, I walk to my library that’s a half a mile away. I think to stick to anything you have to enjoy doing it, and I enjoy walking and riding a bike.

The formula for losing weight is simple – eat less and move more – the difficulties surface when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don’t you think?! The only diet which definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I lost 20 pounds, it definitely does work!

Try walking, that’s always a good way to get a workout that’s not stressful. Here is a link to an article that I read about it.

Negative Calorie Foods
