For weight loss is it better to exercise:
1. For 1 hour in the morning.
2. For 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.
3. for 1.5 hrs in the evening.

I’m not huge – I’m around a 36B. But I seriously want a smaller size.
I’ve heard that doing push ups will put muscle in that area and decrease the size? Is that true?
And what else will help?
