Drink lots of water. Eat multiple, healthy, small meals about 3 hours apart throughout the day. Do abs (sit ups) and at least 30 mins of cardio (walk, run, just get your heart rate up) everyday. Alternate days with upper body (push ups, various curls w/water bottles) and lower body (squats, lunges-hold books for weights). Exercise 4 days on 1 day off. Keep at it! Good luck!

Right, I’ve lost 13lbs on this diet:
Slimfast- meal bars, shakes and smoothies and sometimes the snacks. No more than 1200 cals a day.
Lots of water and I drink green tea- it suppresses the appetite. (2 to 3 cups a day)
Exercise should be 30 minutes walking a day – build up to an hour over the space of 3 weeks. Get a good exercise DVD- I recommend “Rapid Results by Beverly Callard”. Do this twice a week. Go swimming on the weekends.
Thats it- the weight will fall off.
Hey! a ‘good weight loss plan’ requires as much your effort as much as the programme. I practice Yoga for weight loss and I have lost weight. I have also become more toned. Since I practice it regularly, I have managed to keep the weight off.
I learnt it from Franz Andrini (http://www.zendle.com), he has been great. I practice it at home. Even after yo utake up the course, you need to be regular in practicing Yoga and follow a diet plan given. It is good and will definitely show results.
Any “good” weight loss plan that works is going to involve your personal physician first and foremost, and his or her recommendations. That can also involve a nutritionist to help monitor your diet, and a physical trainer to help with developing an exercise plan.
I do no like the dumb commericals on TV about loosing 8 pounds in like 2 days… THATS CRAZY! I think just some walking/running maybe around neighborhood, block, grocery store, Walmart, ya know whatever, just get out of the house. Eating healthy also plays a HUGE part, no fried foods, lower calorie intake to maybe 1,000 calories! In no time you will see results!
You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don’t add sugar to anything. Don’t eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don’t eat late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.
Never go bulemic or anorexic or any dangourous weight loss thing like that cos my friend has it + she don’t know what she is dragging us through just cut out the saturated fats like biscuits… always have breakfast… if over eating is ur prob or eating even when ur not hungry get a small plate + stack it up with the same amount of food u woul dussualy have there si science behind it but my fingers hurt
I have starteed eating organic stuff and stopped drinking all the soda and juices, because they contain alot of sugar and started drinking more vitamin water and gatorade and it has helped me lose like 50 lbs in a year!
move more and eat less, honey. it aint really hard, but it’s the hardest thing ever!
