I do tons of aerobics but I have hit a plateau.
I used to do lots of bodybuilding, but that was to isolate one muscle and grow it.
What exercises should I do to lose weight? Just the basics like squats and deadlifts and stuff? Is there a good book that spells this out?

What videos/exercise programs do you recommend for rapid inch loss?
I also plan to go on a diet to help me get better results.

Whats a good weight loss plan thats quick and actually works. I’d prefer stuff that I can do at home without buying any weight loss supplements.
