I have lost a l lot of weight recently and my breasts did get smaller. I was considering a reduction before I started to lose weight, but don’t need one anymore. I was about a 38DD now I am about a 34C. Unfortunately there has been no natural lift!

Because you are a female, any weight you lose is most likely to be from your hips and thighs, but if you lose enough body weight overall you might get lucky. However, the danger there is that you continue to lose weight and it may never happen. It’s pretty hit and miss and simply relies on your bodies own natural order for depositing and burning fat reserves. Although, there are things you can do that will help you out. Lower and upper back exercises help improve posture while shoulder and chest exercise will improve strength. This will give the appearance of lifted breasts and also the strength to not let them bother you or get in the way so much.

Last summer my mother underwent a breast reduction operation and the results look really good so far. Where I live a there are certain surgeons that are better than others. I’d consult cosmetic surgeons in your area and see before and after pictures. http://www.plasticcosmeticsurgerycenter.com They should be able to answer your questions.

Weight loss will help but it is the muscles underneath the breasts that help keep them firm. One of the best ways that I have found to do this is the Combat The Fat weight loss system. It helps you lose weight and build muscle and you don’t even have to leave your own home if you don’t want to. I was pretty skeptical about it at first but I tried it and was amazed at the results that I ended up getting. You can read about my results and why I liked this system at:

burning off fat will make them smaller usually, since your boobs are made up of that, but i don’t think theres anything you can do about lifting them except getting surgery or a push up bra!

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
