can anyone give me some at-home weight loss exercises ex. pushups, situps? The only thing I have at home is a treadmill and i want to lose some weight without going to the gym, which is like 25 miles away..

I’ve been dieting/exercising for 6 weeks (intense). I’m not starving myself by any means. As far as meals, I usually eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. Breakfast=yogurt, small snack (2-3 hours later)= fibor one or south beach diet bar (or something similar). Lunch=Lean Cuisine. Dinner=regular dinner.
